Our custom designed MPLC separation aims at obtaining high quality saturates and aromatics, while maintaining the lighter componants for mass spec analyses. Oils and extracts are separated by Medium Pressure Liquid Chromatography into saturate and aromatic fractions for subsequent biomarker analysis by GCMS.
