Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other Baseline Resolution, Inc. site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. Changes to these Terms We reserve the right, at our complete discretion, to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting revised terms on the site. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to these terms and conditions. Other This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
